MEET OUR FAMILY AT ARMAGEDDON

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM ALL OF US AT ARMAGEDDON

********************************************************************************************************************************************

Meet the Alpers:  Shawn, Tricia, Bryce, Bryee and Maize

Part of the show crew, actually our prime motivators.

The Alpers make their home in Indianapolis.  Shawn is in Human Resources with Rolls Royce and Tricia teaches High School English and loves it. Bryce is going to turn nine in April.  He still enjoys karate, gymnastics (at which he excells) and going to shows.  Bryee will turn five in March, she attends preschool and keeps her teacher hopping.  Bryee enjoys everything as long as it's her idea.  Both kids love to come to the farm and Bryee is a great chore helper.

Meet Annette Haas:  The rest of the show crew

Ye gads, an actual lawyer in the family.  Annette has PASSED HER BAR AND IS NOW A REAL LAWYER, OH MY!!  Annette has changed jobs, she is now doing collections with the large and prestigious firm of Barnes and Thornburg.  Annette made it to all but Mason this year and was superb help.  Both the girls are pushing for a gelding to ride and drive.  This is her boyfriend Dustin who also joined us for Christmas this year.

Meet the Moleskis:  Nick, Michele, Jackson, Elaina and Zeus

Michele is still Head Administrator at the Plainwell Nursing home facility.  Nick started staying at home last summer to the benefit of the whole family.  Jackson is nine and a third grader, he is doing very well and is very creative, he is a very talented hockey player.  Elaina is six and also enjoys hockey.  They make it out to the farm fairly often especially so Nick and Dad can watch football together.  They have added a whippet, Zeus, to the family.  He is everything that they wanted in a dog and has adapted well to the farm and Elizabeth.

*****************************************************************************************************************************************

Meet the Mullens:  Alex and Rachel.

The rest of the show crew.  Our summer son.  2005 marked the ninth year Alex helped show Armageddon Clydesdales to their best advantage.  We wish to take this opportunity to thank him for all he has meant to us.  We continue to hold out hope that he will someday be able to show with us again.

Alex is a for real doctor of Veterinary Medicine.  We attended his hooding (went to OSU and survived).  They are now in Cleveland where he works in a eight man practice, long hours and not near enough money.  It's an all equine practice so the experience is invaluable.  Rachel works at a private school teaching spanish. They were married last summer.  They didn't make it home for Christmas this year but did come visit in February (bad mom, I didn't get any new pictures).

**********************************************************************************************************************************************

Meet the Myers:  Bret, Jordan and Breckan

The stay at home crew without whom we couldn't go anywhere.

Bret is chief in charge of everything.  He takes care of the old folks all year round, we couldn't do this without him.  Jordan is a teenager now. He still loves baseball, hunting and fishing. Breckan will be nine in April, is in third grade and is doing well.  She still goes to ballet. This is her doing showmanship as Mason and she also went with us to Milwaukee.  Both kids love the farm and help Dad with chores.  Bret enjoys all sports.

***************************************************************************************************************************

Meet the Wells:  Brian, Teresa, Madison and Tess

Best Friends you have become part of the family.  We have done some camping together and look forward to doing more.  They take care of Elizabeth for us when we decide to globe trot.

Teresa was our only ultrasound tech for a lot of years.  She held things together at the hospital for us until Michael retired.  She is now going to be teaching a vascular ultrasound training program.  Brian is enrolled at Wayne State in the Mortuary Science School. We managed to get in a few trips together this year.

****************************************************************************************************************************

Bonnie and Vasser:  Both gone but not forgotten.

**********************************************************************************************************************************************

Elizabeth:  Mom's new baby, she can't replace Bonnie, but she sure helps make mom smile.

Now you've met them all.  The rest are a bunch of pictures we want to share with you.  We were able to do a lot of traveling in 2010.  We hope to do a lot more in 2011.
