April 28 & May 5, 2012 - Market Animal Weigh-In at Fairgrounds from 8am - 1pm
May 4, 2012 - Landscaping Beds need to cleaned
May 7, 2012 - Pre-Fair Meeting for Org. Leaders at MSU Extension Office @ 7pm
July 5, 2012 - Premium Statements/Owners Certificates due to Fair Office
July 18, 2012 - Fair Camper Sign-Up at Dearth Community Center (Large Animal Exhibitors
                          Only)
                            * Doors open @ 6:30pm
                            * Drawing will begin @ 7pm
July 19, 2012 - King & Queen Interviews at the Fair Office  - 6:30pm
July 20, 2012 - Final Date to make changes to Premium Statement
July 21, 2012 - Pullorium Testing & Tagging @ Fairgrounds from 8am - 12pm.  Required for Fair and the birds must be tested at the fairgrounds - there will be no home testing.
August 2 & 3, 2012 - Club set-up @ Fairgrounds - Fair Office will be open from 9am - 8pm
August 4, 2012 - Entry Day
August 5-11, 2012 - FAIR WEEK
August 12, 2012 - Fairgrounds Clean-Up
August 20, 2012 - Fair Review Meeting at 4-H Cabin @ 8pm
October 17, 2012 - Annual Fair Board Meeting at Dearth Community Center @ 7pm
