The Dearth Community Center was built because of the tremendous need and support of the Branch County Community.  It is a beautiful building that can be used for any number of functions; from weddings and receptions to seminars, and dinners.   Click here to see pictures.

The building size is 14,635 square feet.

  • This includes a lobby (1,500 sq. ft.), kitchen
    (880 sq. ft.), and storage (1,740 sq. ft.).

  • Capacities of the rooms with tables and chairs:
        Small room 165
        Large room 435
        Total capacity of 600.

 

Available for use in the building are:

  • A portable stage

  • 60 round tables

  • 20 rectangular tables

  • Over 600 upholstered chairs

  • A Complete in-house PA system.

  • The commercially designed kitchen includes state of the art food preparation and bar equipment.

The parking lot has space for 250 cars along with 15 handicap spaces.   The 2.5 acres is fenced for security.
